Complete these before the workshop to get the most out of the session.

1 Prepare Your AI Twin Photos

Gather or take 15-20 photos of yourself and save them on your computer (not your phone). Phone-quality photos are perfectly fine.

  • 5 close-up headshots (chest up, looking at camera)
  • 5 waist-up shots
  • 3 side profile shots (mix of left and right)
  • 2 full body shots (optional but recommended)

Save them in a desktop folder named exactly: Personal Photos For Twin

Tips: Natural lighting near a window. No sunglasses or hats. Mix up expressions, backgrounds, and clothes. Solo shots only. Current look.

2 Complete Your Personal Identity Profile

Use our Identity Architect app to go through a deep interview about who you are, how you think, and how you communicate. It generates three documents automatically:

  • Personal Life Narrative — your story, organized and ready to use
  • Personal Brand Guidelines — captures your voice for AI content
  • Brand Mechanics — your visual identity, colors, typography

Download and save all three documents before Saturday.

Quick-reference material to everything we covered on tools, Justin's personal stack, AI-built examples, and the mental models that tie it all together.

The AI Tool Landscape

You don't need 90,000 AI tools. You need the right 3 or 4 for what you're trying to do. Think about it like streaming services: you pick the ones that have the content you actually watch, not every platform on the market. Same logic applies here.

LLMs (the "brains"): ChatGPT (most versatile, most well-known), Gemini (strongest with Google products), Claude (the best writer), Manus (newest and most powerful if you want multiple capabilities in one place).

Image generation: Nana Banana Pro (best for AI Twins right now), Midjourney, ChatGPT's image generator.

Website builders: Loveable, Replit, Manus.

Video: VEO3, Flow, Higgsfield. This space evolves weekly.

Why Manus: Manus uses Nana Banana Pro for images and Claude as its writing engine under the hood. That's why we recommend it as a one-stop shop for $20 and 500 credits.

Justin's Personal AI Stack

The tools Justin reaches for every day and what each one is for:

Trending topics and what's happening right now: Grok. Direct access to X/Twitter data, knows what's breaking before anyone else.

Brainstorming: ChatGPT and Claude at the same time. Same prompt, two different perspectives. It's like having two advisors in the room.

Writing emails: Claude inside a command line interface. Fast, no fluff, matches voice perfectly.

Understanding dense content fast: NotebookLM. Accelerated consumption.

Turning messy notes into slide decks: Gamma, accessed through Claude. Presentation design without paying for another subscription.

Building apps without code: Claude Code. Most people start with Replit or Loveable because they're more beginner-friendly. Claude Code is where you graduate to.

AI-Built Examples You Can Learn From

Every page below was built entirely with AI tools. No developers, no designers. Just the same skills you learned in this workshop.

aipaydayworkshop.com: The sales page you bought your ticket from. Built with Claude and GoHighLevel. Total build time: under an hour.

Strategic Newsletter OS product page: Also AI-built, now in production inside GoHighLevel. A full conversion-focused page for a premium offer.

Identity Architect app (identity.lifethriver.com): The app you used for your homework. A real working application with user accounts, AI-powered interviews, document generation, and PDF exports. Built with Claude Code using a skill called VibeCoding. Zero coding experience required.

VibeCoding is one of the three pillars of the Ai Authority Accelerator. You don't just learn about it there. You build your own working app, live, and own it by the end of the session.

Mental Models & Key Takeaways

The frames and ideas that thread through everything we built today. Come back to these whenever you sit down to create something new.

Pick the right few tools, not all of them. You don't need 90,000 AI tools. You need the right 3 or 4 for your specific objectives and business model.

ChatGPT forgets. Manus remembers. ChatGPT can make great AI Twin images in the moment, but it can't hold your character assets between sessions. Manus builds a persistent project that gets better over time.

Train your AI Twin 3 or 4 times. The first generation might not be perfect. By the third or fourth round, it really starts to nail your look.

Generic AI content is everywhere. Your audience can smell it. Your Brand Voice document is what separates your output from everyone else's template-driven content.

Content production costs used to be prohibitive. What agencies charge $2,000 to $5,000 a month to do, your Brand Voice document does for free, forever. That's the shift.

Websites used to cost $1,000 to $3,000 from a freelancer. You just watched them get built in about 3 minutes. Same math applies to product mockups, packaging concepts, and brand visuals. This changes everything about what a done-for-you service looks like.

AI Twin / Clone Prompts 4 prompts

Prompt 1: Create Your First AI Twin Image

Works in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or any image-capable AI. Upload one of your clearest headshot photos along with this prompt.

I'm uploading a photo of myself. I want you to create a photorealistic AI-generated image of me based on this photo. Important guidelines: - Match my exact facial features, skin tone, hair color, and hair style - Make the image look like a professional photograph, not an illustration or cartoon - The person in the image should look exactly like me -- same face, same build, same overall appearance For this first image, place me in this setting: - Professional headshot style - Clean, neutral background - Wearing business casual attire - Confident, approachable expression - Studio-quality lighting Generate one image.

Prompt 2: AI Twin in a Different Setting

Use after your first twin image. If using ChatGPT, re-upload your reference photo along with this prompt.

Using the same reference of my appearance from the previous image, create another photorealistic image of me in a completely different setting: - Casual lifestyle photo - Sitting at a modern desk with a laptop, coffee cup nearby - Natural window lighting from the side - Relaxed but focused expression - The setting should feel aspirational but authentic -- like a real behind-the-scenes moment Make sure my face, hair, and build match the reference photo exactly. This should look like a real photograph, not AI-generated.

Prompt 3: Rename Your Images

Paste this into Manus after you've uploaded your batch of reference photos. Manus will analyze each image, rename it with a standardized naming syntax, and deliver everything back as a downloadable ZIP file.

Act as a computer vision analyst and dataset manager. I have uploaded a batch of reference photos intended for training a digital twin. Your task is to visually analyze each photo and generate a newly standardized filename based on its contents. You must strictly adhere to the following naming syntax without using spaces or underscores: [Outfit][Framing][Angle][Expression][Number].jpg Apply the following classification key to determine the variables for each image: [Outfit]: Create a 3-to-5 letter tag representing the clothing. Use your judgment based on context (e.g., 'Pro' for suits/formal, 'Cas' for everyday wear, 'Gym' for athletic apparel, 'Brand' if logos are prominent). [Framing]: - CU (Close Up: Head and chest only) - MS (Medium Shot: Waist up) - FB (Full Body: Head to toe) [Angle]: - Front (Looking straight at the lens) - 3Q (Three-quarter turn of the face or body) - Prof (Full side profile) [Expression]: - Neut (Resting or serious face) - Smile (Gentle or closed-mouth smile) - Laugh (High energy, open mouth) [Number]: A sequential two-digit index (e.g., 01, 02, 03) to ensure filenames remain unique. Deliverable: Evaluate all uploaded images against these exact criteria. Use your python code execution capabilities to copy the uploaded files, rename them using the generated syntax, and compress them into a single downloadable ZIP file. Please provide the final ZIP file in your response.

Prompt 4: AI Twin Skill Prompt

Paste this right after Prompt 3 finishes. It converts the renaming instructions into a reusable skill so every future batch of photos you upload gets processed the exact same way automatically.

Perfect. I plan to add more reference photos later on, so please convert these instructions into a reusable automated skill. This will ensure all future uploads are seamlessly processed and formatted with the same naming convention.
AI Twin Sample Image Prompts 7 prompts

How to use these: Once your AI Twin project is set up inside Manus with your renamed photo library, drop any of these prompts into the chat to generate stylized images of your AI Twin. Feel free to remix the settings, wardrobe, and mood to fit your own brand vibe.

The Cinematic Hero Shot

Moody, wide-angle, cyberpunk energy. Great for bold hero imagery.

Generate a cinematic, wide-angle shot of my AI Twin standing on a neon-lit Tokyo street at midnight. They are wearing a stylish trench coat over casual clothes. The lighting should be moody and dramatic, similar to a cyberpunk movie, with reflections in puddles on the ground.

The High-End Editorial

Magazine-quality portrait with striking studio lighting and deep shadows.

Create a high-fashion editorial portrait of my AI Twin. They are wearing sharp, avant-garde professional attire. The background is a minimalist, textured concrete wall. Use striking studio lighting with deep shadows to emphasize facial structure, shot on 35mm film.

The Time Traveler

Drops your AI Twin into a different era. This version uses the 1920s, but swap in any decade you want.

Put my AI Twin in the 1920s. Generate an image of them at a glamorous, Gatsby-style party, wearing era-appropriate formal wear. Make the image look like an authentic vintage photograph, complete with a slight sepia tone and subtle film grain.

The Fantasy Adventurer

Turns your AI Twin into an epic fantasy character. Perfect for fun brand imagery or creative content.

Reimagine my AI Twin as a character in an epic fantasy world. They are wearing intricately detailed leather armor and a traveling cloak. They are standing in a misty, ancient forest with a calm, confident expression. The lighting should be magical and ethereal.

The 'Off-Duty' Candid

A warm, natural, photorealistic lifestyle shot. Feels like a real behind-the-scenes moment.

Generate a photorealistic, candid shot of my AI Twin sitting in a cozy, sunlit coffee shop. They are wearing comfortable weekend clothes, laughing genuinely at something off-camera while holding a ceramic mug. The depth of field should be shallow, blurring the background.

Bonus Image Prompt 1: Cinematic Creator Studio

A polished, 16:9 cinematic studio scene with red-blue color grading. Great for YouTube thumbnails, about pages, and hero images. Upload a clear headshot reference before submitting.

A cinematic 16:9 modern content-creator studio scene designed for precise subject replacement. The person given in the reference image is seated at the desk, perfectly centered in the frame, facing the camera directly. The subject's identity must match the reference exactly facial structure, skin tone, hairstyle, hairline, age, and overall appearance remain unchanged. The person sits upright on a chair with a natural, confident posture and calm expression. Full head and hair are clearly visible with no cropping. The desk includes a desktop computer displaying a professional video-editing timeline, along with a keyboard and mouse, arranged cleanly and realistically. Lighting is cinematic and motivated but source-hidden: a cool blue tone softly illuminates from camera-left as the key light, while a warm red tone subtly wraps from camera-right as rim light and ambient background glow. A soft fill light maintains natural facial detail and realistic skin texture without flattening contrast. The background features a modern minimalist studio environment with wall shelves, framed artwork, books, and indoor plants, softly blurred to create cinematic depth. No technical gear or production equipment is visible. Bonus Image Prompt 2: Warm Creator Studio Close-Up

A warm, approachable 16:9 medium close-up inside a cozy creator studio. Perfect for social posts, email headers, and personal brand pages. Upload up to 3 reference images before submitting.

A dark lifestyle content-creator studio scene in a mandatory 16:9 aspect ratio, designed for precise subject replacement. The person given in the 3 reference images is seated centrally, framed in a medium close-up composition (chest to head), facing forward at eye level. Full head and hair are clearly visible with no cropping. The subject's identity must match the reference exactly — facial structure, skin tone, hairstyle, hairline, age, and proportions remain unchanged. Expression is friendly, calm, and conversational. The environment features a warm, modern creator-studio aesthetic with a wooden desk viewed from the back side, cleanly integrated into the scene. Black shelving with minimal decor elements and indoor plants forms the background, creating depth and a cozy, lived-in atmosphere. The studio feels realistic and authentic rather than staged. Lighting is cinematic and naturally motivated, combining soft key illumination with controlled shadows to create warm contrast and depth. Skin tones remain natural and accurate, with smooth highlight roll-off and realistic shadow gradients. Captured in a high-end full-frame cinematic style with true native 8K clarity. Depth of field is shallow, producing strong subject separation while keeping the environment recognizable. Focus is sharp on the subject, with natural background blur and realistic optical behavior. The overall look is ultra-realistic and photorealistic — no CGI, no illustration, no stylization. Natural color science, professional cinematic color grading, clean contrast, and editorial-grade polish throughout. The mood is professional, approachable, and confidently modern. create only 1 image.

Power Moves Click to expand all 5 tactics

Five high-leverage tactics you can run any time you want to level up your content and output. Every one of them is learnable, and every one of them is chargeable.

1 Still Image to Video

Take any of your AI Twin still images and run it through a video tool like VEO3, Flow, or Higgsfield. The photo comes alive. It moves, it blinks, it turns. Every tool produces slightly different output, but the concept is the same: you give it a still image, and it brings it to life.

Imagine this on social media. Imagine it as an ad creative. Imagine it as the intro to a YouTube video. Your AI Twin photos just became motion content.

Advanced workshop: We take this all the way in the Ai Authority Accelerator, with a complete AI Twin video production workflow from start to finish.

2 The Ghost Designer

Type a product description into an AI product mockup tool. Something like "premium supplement bottle for a luxury sleep brand." In about 15 seconds you get back a photorealistic 3D product mockup.

That's the kind of output a product designer would normally charge $500 to $2,000 to produce. You just did it in a few keystrokes. This changes the math on done-for-you services. Product mockups, packaging concepts, and full brand visuals without a designer on payroll.

3 AI Voice Clone

Record 15 to 30 seconds of your voice talking normally. Feed it to a voice cloning tool. Hand it any script you want, and the AI narrates it in your exact voice. Not a soundalike. You.

Combine this with everything else and you get the complete digital you. Your AI Twin is your visual identity. Your Brand Voice document is your written identity. Your voice clone is your spoken identity. All three running in parallel, all three scalable, all three working while you sleep.

Advanced workshop: In the Ai Authority Accelerator, we bring all three together into a full AI Twin video system.

4 The Viral Hook Clone

Find a viral video from a different niche and paste the transcript into Claude along with your Brand Voice document. Tell it: rewrite the script structure for my brand, keep the viral DNA, but make it sound like me. In 30 seconds, you'll have a brand-new video script that uses the same hook structure, the same tension, the same pacing, but it's about your topic, in your voice.

This is how top content creators reverse-engineer what's working. They don't copy. They clone the structure and replace the substance with their own. And with your Brand Voice document, the AI does it in seconds.

This is something you can do every day. Find a viral video. Feed it to your AI with your voice document. Get a ready-to-film script back. That's content creation at a completely different level.

5 The Content Idea Machine

This is an automation that runs on a schedule. Every morning, it goes out and scrapes trending topics, content gaps, and high-performing angles in your niche. By the time you sit down at your desk, your ideas are already waiting for you.

The output is a running list of 20 to 30 content ideas with context. Instead of staring at a blank screen wondering what to post today, you open this and pick from a list that's already researched, already relevant, and already organized.

This is the kind of thing most people would spend an hour a day doing manually. The automation does it in 3 minutes while you sleep.

Setting this up is more advanced. It uses workflow automation tools like n8n. But the point is, this is what's possible. And once you have your Brand Voice document, you can take any of these ideas and turn them into content in seconds.

Business Models That Pay Click to expand all 5 models

Five real business models built around exactly what you learned in this workshop. Different skills, different risk tolerances, different time commitments. Pick one and start. The earning ranges below are estimates drawn from common market rates, not guarantees. Results vary based on effort, market, and experience.

1 The AI Consultant / Trainer

Most businesses don't have an AI Twin, a Brand Voice document, or a website they built themselves in a few hours. You now do. That makes you valuable.

Position yourself as the person who helps companies and entrepreneurs implement AI tools, build their digital identity, and set up their content systems. This works as 1-on-1 consulting, small team trainings, or workshops just like this one. You don't need to be a PhD in AI. You just need to be further down the road than the people you're helping.

Estimated earning potential: Consulting rates commonly range from $150 to $500 per hour. Workshop engagements typically fall between $1,000 and $5,000.

2 The Affiliate Pre-Sell Machine

Pick an affiliate product in your niche. Build a custom pre-sell page using your AI Twin images, your Brand Voice, and your personal story. Drive traffic to it via social, email, or paid ads. When readers click through your pre-sell page to the offer, they arrive warm and they trust you. That lifts conversion rates dramatically compared to anyone promoting the same link with a generic page.

You can spin up a new pre-sell page for a new product in under 30 minutes with the prompt templates in this hub.

Estimated earning potential: Common monthly ranges run from $500 to $5,000 or more, depending on traffic volume and the commission structure of the products you promote.

3 The Done-For-You Digital Presence Package

Small businesses, coaches, consultants, and solopreneurs are desperate for a professional online presence and have no idea how to build one. You now do.

Package everything you learned into a done-for-you service. You create their AI Twin images, build their website, develop their Brand Voice document, and deliver a complete digital identity. What takes you a few hours would take them months. That's the gap you fill. Add a monthly retainer for ongoing content production in their voice and you have recurring revenue on top of the project fee.

Estimated earning potential: Project engagements typically range from $500 to $3,000. Monthly retainers for ongoing content add recurring income on top of that.

4 The Local Lead Gen Play

Build a simple, well-optimized website targeting a local service category. Think "emergency plumber in Dallas" or "HVAC repair in Phoenix." Get it ranking. Put a tracked phone number on it. When the calls start coming in, sell those leads to local businesses who want more customers but don't want to handle marketing.

You own the site. You own the lead flow. The business pays you monthly for the leads. And you can run multiple sites in parallel.

Estimated earning potential: Single sites commonly generate $500 to $3,000 or more per month. The Ai Authority Accelerator teaches AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), which accelerates exactly this kind of play.

5 The Niche Newsletter Stack

Pick a niche. Build a list. Publish consistently. Your Brand Voice document makes consistency easy because the AI writes in your voice. Your AI Twin images give you a professional presence. Your website captures subscribers.

Monetize through affiliate offers, sponsored content, or your own products. This is the foundation of the entire LifeThriver business. It's a long game, but it's one of the most durable income streams available to anyone who can publish consistently.

Estimated earning potential: At scale, niche newsletters commonly generate $1,000 to $20,000 or more per month, depending on list size and monetization mix.
Next Level

The Ai Authority Accelerator

Three more skills that change the ceiling of what's possible.

Today you built the foundation. Your digital identity. Your web presence. Your content voice. That's three things most people spend months trying to figure out, and you did it in a few hours. The Accelerator adds three more weapons on top of that foundation.

Format: 3-day live immersion plus 3 weekly implementation sessions
Cadence: Live dates and application windows are listed on the sales page

The Three Pillars

Pillar 1: VibeCoding

You used Identity Architect today. That app was built without writing code. In the Accelerator, you build your own working app. Not a template. A real product that you own, live by the end of the session.

Pillar 2: Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

Everyone is still trying to crack Google's algorithm. You're going to learn how to show up when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini for recommendations. This is the new SEO and almost nobody is teaching it. It accelerates the local lead gen model, it gets your affiliate pages found, and it's your unfair advantage in search for the next three years.

Pillar 3: AI Twin Video

The Still Image to Video power move is the opener. In the Accelerator, we go all the way. Complete workflow from your AI Twin images to a scripted, produced, published video that looks like you and sounds like you. Tools, prompts, editing, distribution. You walk away producing professional AI video content independently.

Manus AI Twin Workflow Click to expand the 8-step setup

The full step-by-step flow for setting up your AI Twin project inside Manus. Follow these in order.

1 Create a New Manus Project

Inside Manus, create a new project and name it AI Twin. In the project instructions, paste this exact line:

This project manages and generates images of my AI Twin.

2 Upload and Rename Your Photos

Upload your batch of reference photos into the project, then paste Prompt 3: Rename Your Images (from the Prompt Templates section above) into the chat. Manus will analyze each photo, rename it using a standardized syntax, and compress everything into a single downloadable ZIP file.

3 Download the ZIP File

When Manus finishes renaming, download the ZIP file to your computer. You'll upload this back into your project in a later step so the organized images live permanently inside the AI Twin project.

4 Create a Reusable Skill

Copy and paste Prompt 4: AI Twin Skill Prompt (from the Prompt Templates section above) into Manus. It will generate a reusable skill for you and show an install button. Click the button to add the skill. If you don't see the button, just ask Manus for help installing it and it'll walk you through.

Why this matters: If you update your wardrobe, get a haircut, or redo your brand later on, you can drop new reference images into this project and every new look gets labeled and filed perfectly. No manual work required.

5 Upload the ZIP Folder Into Your Project

Take the ZIP file you downloaded in step 3 and upload it into the project's files section. This gives every future image generation a clean, consistent reference library to work from.

6 Add Your Brand Documents

If you've already completed your Personal Brand Guidelines and Brand Mechanics documents from the Identity Architect, add those into the project files too. From this point forward, every new image you generate can match your exact brand vibe automatically.

7 Generate New Images

Use the AI Twin Sample Image Prompts from the section above to start creating images in any style, setting, or scenario you want. Mix and match, remix them, or use them as inspiration for your own ideas.

8 Upscale and Download

Once you've generated an image you love, upscale it before using it for videos or publishing online. Upscaling takes additional credits but produces a much sharper final image. Download the upscaled version to your computer and you're ready to use it anywhere.
